Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Submit a Return Request
Email us at support@aaronwar.com.
Please include the following information:- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Wait for Return Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we will send you:- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- The appropriate return address

Package and Ship Your Item
- Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package
- Use a trackable shipping service or obtain shipping insurance
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or shipped in error

Return Confirmation
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we’ll send a confirmation email within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.
