Return Window
You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
- Include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a Return Request: Email support@aaronwar.com with your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions including the return address.
- Package & Ship: Clearly write your RMA number on the package, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Return Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email within 2 business days.
Refunds
- After inspection, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Products used or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos, and description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.
